Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or offense to any person, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within our website.

All content provided on our website is owned by PEI Web Studio or our content suppliers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without our prior written permission.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of updated Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically for changes.

We use information you provide to respond to enquiries and discuss or deliver the work you request.

Our contact forms collect your name, email address, message, and any business or website details you choose to share. The website-fix form also asks about your platform and the problem you need help with. Please do not include passwords or sensitive personal information.

Our website is hosted on Vercel. Form messages are delivered through Resend to our business mailbox. These providers process information needed to host the site and deliver messages. Service providers may process information outside Canada.

Hosting and security systems may process request details such as IP addresses and browser information. Our form protection uses a hashed network address for short-lived request limits. Your chosen colour theme is stored in your browser.

We use enquiry information to respond, prepare proposals, and manage the work you request. We retain correspondence as needed for those purposes and any applicable record-keeping obligations. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list.

Email peiwebstudio@gmail.com to ask about your information, request a correction, or request deletion. We will explain any information we need to retain to meet our obligations.

We use validation and access controls to help protect information. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

The website stores your light or dark theme preference in your browser so your choice can be remembered.

The website application does not currently include advertising pixels or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider may process technical request information for delivery and security. If we add optional analytics or marketing tools, we will update this information and provide any required choices.

You can clear stored site data through your browser settings. External websites linked from our portfolio have their own privacy and storage practices.

PEI Web Studio uses artificial intelligence (AI) tools as part of our design and development process. We believe in being upfront about this.

- Generating initial design concepts, copy drafts, and layout ideas

- Writing and reviewing code to speed up development

- Building AI-powered products and automations for clients

- Research, planning, and problem-solving during projects

Everything we deliver is reviewed, refined, and tested by a real person before it reaches you. AI helps us work faster and explore more ideas, but the judgement, quality control, and final decisions are always human.

We do not use AI to replace the strategic thinking or communication that goes into your project. Any content, copy, or materials created with AI assistance will be clearly presented to you for review and approval before use.
